Alright folks, Steve Barton here. In Part 2 of my convo with Michael Oliver, we took the gloves off and really dug into precious metals, miners, commodities—you name it. Michael doesn’t buy into the gold “eight-year cycle” hype. Instead, it’s all about momentum, and right now, that’s screaming bullish for gold and silver.

He laid out why this time’s different—gold’s not crashing in a broader market pullback, it’s thriving. The reason? Central banks will be forced to print even more, degrading fiat currencies and pushing real assets like gold sky-high. Miners? Michael thinks they’ll crush gold’s returns—potentially tripling it. And silver? He’s got his eyes set on $60–$70 in the near term, maybe way higher later.

We also hit on commodities like copper and oil—they’re coiling, ready to launch, with platinum tagging along as a broader commodity play. And commercial real estate? Yeah, big red flags there. Debt’s coming due and the pressure’s on.

Oh, and for you international watchers, Michael sees India’s market mirroring the S&P—both floating on air, but he warns they’re due for a reckoning.

This one was packed. If you’re stacking metals or eyeing miners, this is a must-watch. Catch you in the next one!
