John Polomny Exposes the Real Reason a Crash Isn’t Coming

We had John Polomny from Actionable Intelligence back on—always a great conversation! John hit us with his macro view, and it's interesting: everyone’s screaming stagflation and recession, but he’s leaning the other way. Central banks around the world have been cutting rates for over a year now, and John thinks the U.S. Fed is next. Basically, he says there's too much liquidity and stimulus floating around to see a major recession, at least for now.

We dove deep into the commodities game—John's super bullish on oil, especially Canadian heavyweights like Canadian Natural Resources and Suncor. He's convinced oil sands companies are criminally undervalued, ripe for mergers, and could be massive winners if oil prices spike like he's predicting.

On the investment side, he shared some real wisdom: you've gotta separate investing from speculating, manage your bankroll, and most importantly, have a solid plan. Don’t chase headlines; chase cash flow—dividends and royalties are king.

Lastly, he threw in some fascinating picks outside the mainstream: platinum group metals, agriculture, and even stocks from Central Asia, like Uzbekistan. Bottom line: stay disciplined, focus on cash returns, and don’t underestimate energy—especially Canadian oil. It's where the action is!
